OET v. IELTS
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and OET are used by regulatory bodies in the UK and Ireland to ensure international  healthcare professionals have sufficient English language skills to communicate at a high level with patients and colleagues.  I would always encourage  professionals to take OET.
