Welcome to the NHS  bridges the gap between IELTS and the realities of working in the UK. The course is informed by the Calgary-Cambridge Observation Guide  (Silverman) and develops communication skills that will enable overseas clinicians to operate more effectively both within the NHS and the wider community.

The course helps clinicians:
  • develop    patient consultation skills;
  • deal with    different patient types;
  • enhance    communication with other healthcare professionals;
  • engage in    reflective practice;
  • integrate into    the UK.
